Riskcast Customer Spotlight: Transit Construction Corp

Back in August 2020, in the middle of a global pandemic, Riskcast welcomed Transit Construction Corp. to our family of clients!  They have deployed the Riskcast platform as they work to replace 2 precast concrete culverts for the Town of Yorktown in the State of New York.

The team at Transit Construction Corp, whose principals have over 40 years of experience in the industry, is celebrating its 17th anniversary building within the New York Metropolitan/Tri-State Region. They’ve worked with both the public and private sectors on projects ranging from heavy/highway; transit; facilities; foundations; underground utility work and bridge construction. Their work extends beyond the traditional industry delivery method of Design – Bid – Build to include Design-Build as well as Competitive Negotiation.  In short – they do it all, and they do it well!

When we met with their team over the summer, they were looking for an all–in–one solution to replace paper timesheets. Now, after 6+ months of using Riskcast, they are using the platform to enter payroll hours, more efficiently track quantities, complete daily logs, and document the project successfully.

We can input data in the field and review it in the office quickly and efficiently. To date, Transit Construction Corp onboarded 5 project management staff and 5 foremen who are currently utilizing the platform and they have over 50 of their workers in the system.
