Marketing Administrator

Marketing Nashville, TN or Raleigh, NC (Remote Considered) Full-time

About the role

We're looking for a Marketing Administrator to own the operational backbone of our marketing team at Riskcast. You'll be the primary driver behind our marketing automation, data management, and paid campaign execution, while also taking ownership of our event and conference roadmap.

In this role, you'll work closely with internal teams to build seamless digital workflows, analyze event ROI, and turn marketing data into actionable insights. As a vital part of the growth team, you'll contribute to the evolution of our marketing tech stack, lead logistics for industry events, and ensure high-performing campaign experiences as we scale.

What you'll do

  • Own day-to-day CRM administration, ensuring clean data, accurate contact segmentation, and consistent lead scoring within HubSpot (or similar platform)
  • Build, test, and optimize automated marketing workflows, lead-nurturing sequences, and email drip campaigns
  • Assist in the deployment and monitoring of paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Manage Riskcast's conference and event roadmap, evaluating industry events to strategically determine which ones to sponsor versus attend for maximum business impact
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including pre-event preparation (ordering swag, coordinating booths), on-site setup, and post-event follow-up campaigns to maximize lead conversion
  • Track daily and monthly ad spend and event budgets to ensure all paid and offline marketing initiatives stay on schedule and within budget
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards to report on key performance metrics like digital ROI, event-driven leads, CPC, and conversion rates

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, event coordination, or a marketing administrative role
  • Proven, hands-on experience managing and navigating HubSpot or a similar marketing automation CRM
  • Experience organizing event logistics, vendor coordination, or trade show operations
  • Familiarity with the backend layout and deployment process of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset with a systematic approach to manipulating data, pulling reports, and tracking event/ad ROI
  • Excellent written communication skills, with an eye for detail when reviewing ad copy, email formatting, and post-event follow-up sequences
  • Highly organized with the ability to track multiple campaign timelines, event deliverables, and marketing assets without losing track

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to customers or managing events in construction, field operations, workforce management, or related B2B industries
  • Certified in HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Marketing Software, or Google Ads/Analytics
  • Basic familiarity with graphic design tools (like Canva) or project management platforms (like Asana/Monday.com)
